아이가 요즘 읽는 영어책 Tom Gates에 나온 표현이다. 공연에 같이 가지 못해 아쉬워하는 사람에게 하는 대꾸다. We will be with you in spirit. if you say you will be somewhere in spirit or with someone in spirit, you will not be with them but will be thinking about them (물리적으로 함게 있지는 못하지만 생각하겠다)라는 뜻이다. 즉, 위 표현은 같이 못가도 너희들을 생각할께 / 마음으로는 함께야 이런 정도로 옮길 수 있다. 이런 예문이 가능하겠다.
