swan song: 최후의 작품

swan song이라고 하면, 보통 울지 않는 백조가 죽을 때 노래를 부른다는 데에서 유래하여 a metaphorical phrase for a final gesture, effort, or performance given just before death or retirement (죽거나 은퇴하기 전 마지막 몸짓이나 노력, 작품을 일컫는 상징적인 표현)이랍니다.

즉, 소설에서는 “아주 짭짤한 마지막 한 건이 될 거라구.”라고 한 것이네요.
